Dr. Ivana Baldi
My name is Ivana Baldi. I hold a degree in Sociology from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and have been working in the field of immigration law since 2010. Over the years, I have developed solid experience, both theoretical and practical, which has led me to specialize in this complex and constantly evolving area.
I was co-owner of an agency for foreign nationals in Rome, have coordinated working groups, and held various training courses. Today, I work as a freelancer, providing consultancy services at CAF, labor unions, employers’ associations, law firms, and directly to private individuals, professionals, and companies. I continue to teach immigration law with great passion.
My goal is to provide competent and personalized support, guiding each client — whether an EU or non-EU citizen — through the processes of entry, stay, and integration in Italy.
I also specialize in advising companies on managing all procedures related to the hiring and international mobility of personnel, offering ongoing and up-to-date support that helps reduce processing times, legal risks, and potential penalties.
